Digital Radiographs

Our office has upgraded from traditional film radiographs to digital radiographs. This allows for images to be taken and viewed instantly. Images are up and in front of the dentist immediately allowing him or her to begin diagnosis.

Digital radiographs have significantly lower radiation per exposure (0.07 mV/s) compared to the conventional ones (0.35 mV/s). Also they are better for the environment since developing and films are no longer required thus eliminating harsh chemicals and film waste.
