Fluoride Treatments

Many people, who are prone to dental caries (cavities), may be encouraged to have fluoride treatments. These can be done professionally in the office following the dental cleaning, or at home with a prescription fluoride paste. Fluoride strengthens the enamel and prevents or slows the process of tooth decay and cavity formation.
